This page covers two things: this website, and Speed to lead, a tool I built that reads replies to my own emails. Both are run by me, Johan Pertz, trading as SwissTechFlow, Reinach, Switzerland. Questions or requests go to johan@swisstechflow.ch.
This website
If you use the contact form, your email address and your message are passed to Web3Forms, a form-forwarding service, which delivers them to my inbox. I use them to answer you and for nothing else. Tell me and I delete them.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The site loads Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without setting cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Speed to lead
Speed to lead is a tool I built for myself. It connects to five email mailboxes on the domain dynamisolutio.org that I use to send my own business emails, and to nothing else. It is not offered to other people, and no one else signs in to it.
What it reads. Through Google's Gmail access, it reads new messages that arrive in those five mailboxes: the sender, the subject, the message text and the technical header lines. It uses them to tell real replies to my emails apart from automatic replies and bounces.
What it does with a reply. A reply from a person is sorted into a type (interested, not interested, a question, and so on), and a suggested answer is prepared. For that, the reply text is sent to two AI services: TypeSafe's Jev model, reached through OpenRouter, which sorts it, and Anthropic's Claude, which adapts a prepared answer. The reply and the suggested answer are then sent to me through Telegram. Nothing is sent back to the person unless I read it and approve it myself.
What it keeps. The tool runs on Cloudflare. It keeps a short-lived Google access key, a marker of which messages it has already seen, and, for each reply waiting on me, the sender's address, the subject and the suggested answer. That last item is deleted when I answer or after 14 days, whichever comes first. The list of already-seen message IDs is deleted after 30 days. It does not keep copies of the mailboxes.
What it never does. Your email is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models by me, and never read by anyone other than me.
Speed to lead's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Having your data removed
If you wrote to one of those mailboxes and want what the tool stored about you removed, email johan@swisstechflow.ch and I delete it.
